BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER / FACTORING SALES / LOAN OFFICER

Boston Financial Corporation is a commercial finance company that specializes in the Factoring of Accounts Receivable.  That is, we provide capital to small and medium size businesses by purchasing their accounts receivable immediately upon issue.  Factoring is a fast paced business that relies on people who are accustomed to working in a detail-oriented environment and dealing with time sensitive issues. The factoring business is practically recession proof.

We are seeking experienced, proven self-starters who have held the position of Business Development Officer, Loan Officer, Factoring Sales Representative, Financial Services Sales, Mortgage Originator or sales of intangibles such as advertising or insurance.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of business finance, be able to read and understand business financial statements, be highly professional and be able to communicate with business owners/managers in a relaxed and knowledgeable manner.

As Business Development Officer, your responsibilities will be to respond to incoming inquiries, develop lead referral sources, telemarketing, and field visits to identify and qualify applicants. No nights or weekends.

This is a position with very high earnings potential.  The selected candidate will receive salary plus commission.    Our benefit package includes medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan, plus others.

FINANCIAL SERVICES OPERATIONS/FACTORING OPERATIONS/LOAN PROCESSORS AND UNDERWRITERS  

BFC is seeking experienced self-starters who have held positions in banking/financial services operations, loan underwriting and mortgage processing.

The ideal candidate will have a financial services operations background, be computer literate, be detail oriented and like working in a fast paced environment.

As a member of our operations department you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients,  documenting and processing their funding transactions, tracking outstanding loan commitments, monitoring the portfolio, anticipating problems and resolving issues. We form long lasting relationships with our clients and help them grow their businesses by providing cash-flow in a professional and timely manner.
